The service

Kismet K provides interpretations inspired by Korean and Eastern Four Pillars traditions. Reports are for entertainment and self-reflection and are not factual predictions or professional advice.

Age requirement

This service is available only to users aged 18 or older. By registering and making a payment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. If this confirmation is found to be false, we may terminate your account without prior notice, and any resulting liability rests with the user.

Kismet K is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe someone under 18 has provided us data, contact us and we will delete it.

Acceptable use

You must have a lawful basis to enter another person’s information. Do not use the service to harass, profile, threaten, or make high-stakes decisions about another person.

Paid reports

A paid report is generated and delivered immediately after payment. By purchasing you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once delivered, the 14-day right of withdrawal for digital content no longer applies. See the Refund Policy.

There are two ways to buy. A single report is a one-time charge that opens that report and nothing renews. A subscription opens all reports for as long as it runs.

Access keys

Access is granted by a licence key issued by our payment provider and sent to you with your receipt. On the device you bought from, access is set up for you and you will not need the key.

The key is what proves access, so treat it like a password: anyone holding it can open what you paid for. Do not publish or share it. We may disable a key that is being shared, and we disable keys on refund.

Subscription and renewal

A subscription renews automatically at the end of each period at the price you agreed, until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email.

Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and access continues until that period ends. A single report is unaffected by any of this — it does not renew and there is nothing to cancel.

If we ever change the price of a running subscription, we will tell you before the change takes effect and you may cancel before it does.

Entertainment, not advice

Reports are provided for entertainment purposes only and do not guarantee accuracy or any specific outcome. Do not rely on them for medical, legal, financial, or safety decisions.

Languages and governing law

These terms are provided in English, Korean, and Japanese. (1) The mandatory consumer protection laws of each applicable country or region prevail over these Terms. (2) In relation to consumers, the language version in which the user concluded the contract prevails. (3) For any other interpretive discrepancy, the English version shall govern. Governing law: the Republic of Korea.
