Kismet K
Privacy
Your birth information is personal. Kismet K collects only what a report needs and keeps access private.
What we process
To create a report we temporarily process a nickname, calendar type, birth date, optional birth time, timezone, and (for compatibility) relationship type.
Raw birth dates, times, and timezones are not retained after the chart is calculated. Birth city and country are not requested.
What we retain
We store the nickname(s), relationship type, the generated report, the engine version, and a hashed form of your private access link. Raw birth information is never written to the stored report or sent to analytics.
Paid deep report and data sent abroad
If you buy the paid deep report, chart-derived facts — not your raw birth date — are sent to Google (Gemini API) in the United States to write the interpretation. The data is derived and minimized.
Payments are handled by our payment provider acting as merchant of record. Hosting is on Cloudflare. Cross-border transfers rely on lawful transfer mechanisms such as Standard Contractual Clauses. You may object to such transfers, in which case paid features may be unavailable.
Who processes data for us
Cloudflare (hosting), our payment provider (payment and merchant of record), and — for paid reports only — Google (Gemini).
Cookies
The free reports set no cookies at all. There is nothing to accept and no banner, because we do not track you.
If you subscribe, one cookie is set so the site knows your subscription is active. It holds your subscription key, is readable only by the server, and lasts six months. It exists solely to deliver what you paid for, and it is not used to profile or track you. Clearing it signs you out of paid access; the key in your purchase email restores it.
Legal basis
We process your birth details to perform the report you request. The optional launch-notification email is processed on the basis of your consent.
Your rights
You can access or delete your report yourself from the result page using your private link. You may also contact us to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability of your personal data, or withdrawal of consent. We respond without undue delay and at the latest within one month of receipt; where a request is complex, this period may be extended by up to two further months (three months in total). You may also complain to your local data-protection authority (for example an EU supervisory authority, Korea PIPC, or Japan PPC).
Retention and deletion
Report links expire after 30 days. A person holding the private link can delete the stored report immediately from the result page.
Telling you when the paid version opens
If you ask to be notified, we store only your email, which report you viewed, and your language — not your birth details, the report, or your IP address. It is used for one message and you can ask us to remove it anytime.
