A caution
Being naked
What it means
Being naked in public usually mirrors a feeling of exposure — worry about being judged, a secret you fear will show, or stepping into something before you feel ready. It is rarely a literal omen; more often it is a nudge to be gentler with yourself and to notice where you feel unprotected.
It depends how it appeared
The same symbol is read differently depending on what happened in the dream.
- Nobody seemed to notice
- The kind form, and the common one. Read as the fear being larger than the exposure — most of the worry was yours alone.
- People were looking
- Read as being judged rather than being seen — the older reading asked whose eyes they were, because that usually names the thing.
- You were at work or school
- The place is the clue. Read as a room where you have felt unprepared, not as anything about to happen there.
- You found something to cover up with
- Read as the good turn: a way of protecting yourself that you had not thought of, and that is usually already to hand.
