Refund and Cancellation

Merchant of record

Payments are processed by our payment provider acting as merchant of record, which handles billing, taxes, and refunds.

On your card or bank statement the charge appears as DODOPAY_SJGLOBAL — our payment provider's name alongside ours, so you can tell what it was for. If a charge you do not recognise appears, please write to us before disputing it — we can usually explain or refund it faster than a dispute can.

Immediate delivery

A paid report is generated and made available immediately after payment. By completing your purchase you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once the report has been delivered, you lose the 14-day right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to digital content (EU/UK consumers).

When we refund

We refund within 14 days where (a) the paid report failed to generate or was not delivered, (b) you were charged more than once or in error, or (c) a technical fault on our side prevented access.

Cancelling a subscription

Cancel at any time from the link in your receipt email. Cancelling stops the next renewal and keeps your access until the period you have paid for ends, so there is no partial period to refund.

If a renewal charge caught you out, write to us within 14 days of it and — provided you have not opened a report in that new period — we will refund it and end the subscription.

Interpretation is subjective

Because a report is a subjective entertainment product, dissatisfaction with the interpretation is not by itself a basis for a refund — but contact us and we will try to help.

How to request

Email honey8480@gmail.com with the order number from your purchase-confirmation email. Do not include birth details or your private result link. Approved refunds are returned by the payment provider to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days.
