Job offer letter template — at-will, pay and start date
Enter the job title, start date, pay, schedule and place of work to get an offer letter with an at-will statement and a line for the new hire to accept. Montana is not at-will after a probation period, so the page has a sentence for it too.
Fewer hours than full-time. Each working day and its hours are listed.
An empty offer letter in English, of the type chosen above, with lines to write on.
Printed exactly as typed.
In Montana a discharge without good cause is wrongful once a probationary period ends (MCA 39-2-904). The letter then leaves a line for the length of that period.
A print window opens. Choose “Save as PDF” as the printer to keep a file. The letter prints in English; both sides sign it.
Hiring in the United States
No federal law requires a written employment contract, and the Fair Labor Standards Act requires no notice before a termination or layoff (Department of Labor). An offer letter has no legal form. This page prints one from the fields above, with lines to fill in where the Korean form has no field: FLSA exempt status, benefits, and conditions such as a background check.
Employment with no specified term is generally at will. California Labor Code §2922, for example, lets either party end it on notice to the other, and counts a term of more than one month as a specified term; so a temporary job is printed as expected to end on a date, not promised until then. Montana differs: once a probationary period ends, a discharge without good cause is wrongful (MCA 39-2-904). Choose Montana above for that sentence.
Some states require a written notice at hiring. California's (Labor Code §2810.5) gives the pay rate and overtime rate, the regular payday, the employer's name and any trade names, its addresses and phone number, its workers' compensation insurer, paid sick leave rights and more; exempt employees and some others are left out. This page does not make state notices. Attach the one your state requires.
Pay prints in US dollars as typed. The minimum-wage and break checks on this page follow Korean law and do not run for the US.

A contract form, not legal advice. The checks use 2026 law and minimum wage and are a guide; the facts of a workplace can change the answer.
